Little Rock, AR — Roadway Management Technologies (RMT), a provider of technology solutions supporting roadway and infrastructure management, today announced the appointment of Josh Crowe as Chief Executive Officer, effective January 20, 2026. RMT’s Founder Candler McCollum, who has served as CEO since founding the company, will continue with the company as the Founder and Chief Product Officer.
Crowe brings more than two decades of experience scaling software, cloud, and technology-enabled services organizations, including leading global software, product, technology and go-to-market teams.
