Candler McCollum
Founder / Chief Executive Officer
Candler McCollum is the CEO and founder of Roadway Management Technologies. Candler’s experience in crowdsourcing technology along with his passion for problem-solving led him to develop a revolutionary artificial intelligence and machine learning platform dedicated to pavement preservation and budget efficiency. As the CEO, Candler oversees business development, negotiate strategic partnerships, coordinates public relations, and leads the sales and product development teams. Through his everyday responsibilities, Candler‘s focus is to achieve the goal of bringing simple, automated tools and solutions, to our public agencies allowing for a more sustainable, safer and cost effective method of preserving our nations roadways.
JAMIE WEATHERS
Chief Operating Officer
Jamie Weathers is the Chief Operating Officer at Roadway Management Technologies. Jamie is a dynamic operations, logistics, and transportation professional who comes to us with over two decades of experience gained while serving in the United States Marine Corps and the private sector. HIs previous position with the United States Marine Corps, before retiring, was as the Section Head in the Amphibious Program at the Pentagon in Washington, DC. In this position, he monitored equipment, readiness, operational availability, coordinated multiple agencies, and managed the modernization efforts of 1,440 spaces. Jamie's most recent position as the Director of Operations at Material Resources, Inc. provides him with a unique and qualified background in pavement preservation and maintenance. Working as a contractor focused on pavement preservation has not only provided him with first-hand knowledge of the pavement preservation process but has allowed him to see the results directly. His goal is to use his experience in pavement preservation and leadership to continue building a high-performing team, dedicated to providing the customer with the highest quality product.
Mohamed Homaid
Chief Technology Officer
Mohamed brings over 17 years of experience in software engineering. As a startup co-founder and former head of engineering in Silicon Valley, Mohamed has deep experience in developing SaaS products, data platforms, and AI-driven technologies. His work has contributed to significant growth and technological advancements in companies ranging from early-stage startups to established industry leaders.
In his role as CTO at RMT, Mohamed's focus is on leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive our product innovation. He is committed to developing scalable, AI-enhanced solutions that empower our clients to make data-driven decisions and achieve operational excellence.
NOAH BUTLER
Director of Sales
Noah Butler holds the position of Director of Sales at Roadway Management Technologies, where his expertise and dynamic leadership style make a significant impact. His education at The University of Florida laid the groundwork for a successful career in sales and management. Noah's professional journey saw him excel at Constant Contact/SharpSpring, notably as Director of Partnerships, where he developed key skills in sales strategy and customer engagement.
In his current role at Roadway Management Technologies, Noah spearheads the sales strategy development and implementation, driving the company towards its goals. He also leads the marketing team, ensuring that all communications align with the company’s vision and resonate with their audience. Beyond sales and marketing, Noah is instrumental in fostering relationships with essential partners across the private and public sectors.
His leadership goes beyond his direct responsibilities; Noah is committed to promoting a culture of collaboration and open communication across the company. This commitment not only enhances team cohesion but also ensures that the company remains innovative and agile in its operations.
