He has a proven track record of delivering innovative, mission-critical systems and driving business growth for organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies and federal agencies. Most recently serving as Field CTO at 3Pillar Global, Scott led AI-native development initiatives, advised senior executives, and built high-performing engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
